If they are resolved without too much fuss, the Better Business Bureau gives them a better rating. This applies to how they act both with other companies and how they treat customers among other things. There are companies that have a rating of A+ because they provide quality customer care, and don’t have any current government actions resting against them. They also have an award called the Torch award that is given to a company that embodies the values of the Better Business Bureau, which are trust , integrity, and performance. They are also the recipient of the 2008 and 2009 Angie’s List Super Service Award . This is a major thing because it means that Angie’s List received a number of positive reports, but did not receive any negative reports for the whole year. The number of reports needed to be given an award is determined by the size of the industry the company is in. While this may seem unfair, it gives smaller industries a chance to still compete, while making larger industries do the same amount of work to receive this honor. All the same, in both cases the company usually has to be a leader in their industry , with exceptional customer service and a willingness to provide the best services to it’s customers.
It is not surprising that Next Day Blinds has won all of these awards. They have brought into the industry a number of great ideas and combine low prices with quality service and speed. This is why they have received so many awards.
