The backbone of every business is the level of customer service they offer to everyone that walks through their doors. Sales and promotions may bring new clients and customers in once, but the key to a viable and profitable business is to keep those new customers coming back. Long term success relies on the repeat business and on the recommendations of those repeat customers.
For when a customer leaves your business happy, they will spread the word about your services or your product, and the same is true if they leave unsatisfied. Good sales teams may be able to sell anything once, but it will be the way in which you provide your customer with the information, with the service that will be the determining factor as to whether or not they will return to you for something else in the future. This involves forming relationships with those you are doing business with, one that each customer will want to pursue in the future. How does this happen? Well, do what you say you will do, and always be there for them. Always answering the phone is a must, or if that is not possible all of the time, which it is not, then get an answering service and return calls promptly.
Never make promises that you can not keep and always make your deadlines. And it sounds simple, but just listen to the customers. Not only is it just honest behavior, this will bring your customers back as well. It is frustrating to know that the person you are voicing your opinions to, is not listening. This will send customers away immediately. This applies to dealing with any concerns and complaints as well. No one enjoys dealing with complaints, it can be uncomfortable. But solving a problem that someone has, will have them leaving happy and likely to return.

and check out the numerous sites posting complaints against this guy and his fraudulent companies. Rip off report, consumer complaints board, the BBB,….. He is taking peoples money and running with it. Poor service and no service are his motto. Over 700 people have come forward to speak against this guy.
