Resistance to change

Change is invertible. Everything changes all the time. Some things change in ways we can see in a sort period of time and therefore we see the change and know it has happened. Other changes are slower some change so slow we can not easily perceive it. Change that takes recording and comparing to what was recorded in the future for the changes to be perceived. The bottom line being all things change and will continue to change. Change comes in the form of aging, growing, learning etc. When change is so invertible and cannot be stopped then why are we so resistant to change. The stress caused by this not acceptance is great. People are stressed all the time because they fear the changes that are invertible. In today’s world work places are ever changing, there is noting that is static. With mergers and innovation and changing economies we need to settle into the idea that change will be happening, we don;t have to like it, but when we don’t have any control over it is stress full to worry and fret about the change. When we learn to accept change we see it differently. We see it as something to be embraced and worked though instead of being resistant and feared. From luxury hotels Singapore to beaches in the Caribbean change will come slowly or quickly with a subtle quietness or the roar of a lion. We cannot escape the fact that things will change. Finding mechanisms for dealing with the change is the only sensible solution to this problem. Change will not stop. Relax, meditate and take care of yourself in these changing times. Get the right amount of sleep, eat right and change will not be so bad. Change is invertible, change will occur, be prepared tat things will change and you’ll be better ready to accept it.
