When starting a company, one of the main facets that must be addressed is marketing. No business will survive without a marketing plan and strategy. Search engines, like Google, are the most commonly used websites, they allow people to browse and find exactly what they are looking for. Search engine optimization is very important for a business for a multitude of reasons, people want to find what they are looking for and companies want people to frequent their website. If a company’s website is not ranking high on the search engines then it will not get as much traffic. More traffic equals more business. Social media is also critical to a marketing strategy. People are busier than ever and even though they want all their information, they do not want to search all over the web for it, they want it in one place. As technology is ever changing, so is the marketing industry. New forms of communication open up new forms of marketing and new ways to reach customers.

With all the buzz going on about how Jessie James cheated on Sandra Bullock, it is amazing that we hadn’t heard about Sandra Bullock’s new love until recently. It started some four years ago, but they weren’t able to be together until January of 2010. We aren’t actually talking another man though, we are talking her newly adopted baby boy. There has been much ado over this child, but in the end it is really just good to see her getting along with her life. It’s not like she adopted this baby to distract from the rest of her personal life, he just happens to be there too.

People today are adding a lot of great accessories to their cars but before you go ahead and tack on all of these additional items, you have to wonder if it will change the fuel economy of the car or truck that you add them to. For example, if you add a bull bar to the front of the vehicle, what does this do to the vehicle’s performance? Before adding on any type of accessory, you have to consider just what the true result will be for doing so, especially since adding these on isn’t always about just having more fun.

Another example is fender flares. They look good and they work well, but do they really provide you with enough of the actual benefit to be worth the investment? More so, are they actually hurting your investment if you have to pay more in fuel economy?

Of course, there are plenty of examples to consider, but after looking at them all and taking into account the differences in fuel costs; it’s pretty obvious that the fuel economy drop isn’t much at all. In fact, there’s little different between bull racks and mud flaps as far as most accessories go. In other words, it’s okay to go for it.
